Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $30.00 - 32.00/hour 

Shift: 2nd, 3rd or Weekend Nights

Hours: 12:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Thursday), 8:30pm - 6:30am (Sunday - Thursday), 5:30pm - 5:30am (Friday - Sunday)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Repairing operations equipment in a timely manner through root cause analysis
- Completing machine enhancement projects
- Utilizing maintenance software to track work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Collaborating with process improvement and process support to identify and document major equipment issues and establishing plans for corrective actions as well as reduce scrap and increasing productivity
- Troubleshooting and repairing all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical knowledge
- Performing occasional tooling fabrication

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- 5 years experience in industrial maintenance (training/education may be considered)
- Journeyman card preferred
- Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, equipment efficiency metrics and measures
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, machine rigging, light fabrication, power transmission, bearings, lubrication or pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
- PLC experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
