Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, design, and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices for patients based on their medical needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Perform patient assessments and follow-ups to ensure proper fit and function of devices.
• Fabricate or oversee the fabrication of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
• Provide ongoing adjustments, repairs, and patient education to ensure comfort and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and device management in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Certification by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC) or Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC).
• Strong technical skills and experience in fabricating and fitting devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
