They provide a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, health insurance, a profit sharing program, a Simple IRA with a 4% company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle. Requirements for our Landscaping Manager: 3+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews 3+ years of project management experience with installation or enhancement projects Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and plant knowledge Bilingual Spanish and English preferred Experience with landscape management software required, Aspire preferred Strong people leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Primary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Manager: Create and monitor maintenance routes to ensure quality and efficiency Deliver enhancement projects on time and within budget Coach and develop 6-8 crews to achieve results Develop project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resources Procure materials and plants for all enhancement projects Oversee daily site operations to maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance Create a culture of recognition and accountability for all team members Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobleads-US
