Essential Duties Of The Apartment Bilingual Leasing Agent
Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
GREAT commission opportunities
Verify application and process paperwork
Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach
Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed
Required Skills and Experience of the Apartment Bilingual Leasing Agent:
Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be willing to go above and beyond
Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
